Possibly. Many stains on white vinyl are a reaction to sunscreen ingredients (oils, PABA etc) which are often permanent. Try Oxy-Clean first. Another great cleaner for light-colored vinyls is GoJo hand cleaner (the old-fashioned, stinky gel type).…

Do NOT use concentrated bleach. Bleach will ATTACK foam-rubber padding/backing. Bleach will corrode most zipper components and push-snaps. Bleach will eat most thread/stitching. Mild bleach products like Soft Scrub can be used safely but RINSE…
